We are a non-profit, NGO, scientific association. We are a partner of the 7FP EC project "Medine2":Medical Education in Europe 2 -Ref. number: 155731-LLP-1-2009-1-UK-ERASMUS-Erasmus Academic Network.

We are prepararing for 2012, Nov 2-3 the 14th National Conference on Maritime Medicine, the intensive week of practical of the Master in Maritime Health, and an IMHA workshop about Training Seafarers on Maritime Health in Tenerife (Spain) and collaborating to organise the 6th International Hispanofrancophone Congress on Maritime Medicine in Tanger (Morocco) for Dec, 6th.

The 12th International Symposium on Maritime Health (12th ISMH) is scheduled to be held from the 5-8th SJune 2013 in Brest, France. The Theme of the conference is "Sea, health and beyond". In 2003, the 7th.ISMH was held in Spain , The 7th International Hispanofrancophone Congress on Maritime Medicine will be together with the 12th ISMH.

We are working in our data base Bibliomedmar, in the translation and of the Textbook of Maritime Medicine from English to Spanish ....and so on.
